Priority Ticket Allocation
Ticket allocation for season tickets is based upon two factors;
- Seat availability.
- Your priority points relative to other UCATS members who are also requesting new or improved seat locations.
Season Ticket Renewals/Seat Improvement Requests - Deadline: July 30, 2010
UCATS members can maintain present season ticket locations by renewing their tickets and donating at the new required tier level. The best way to improve your seats is through the seat improvement process. Seat improvement requests must be completed online here at UCATS.net by July 30, 2010. If you request an improvement for men's basketball we will notify you with the specific date and time we will contact you. This year, if you are willing to pay a higher donation amount to improve your seats please indicate that on your renewal form or call the UCATS office at 1-877-55-UCATS to speak with a representative.
Once the season ticket renewal deadline (July 30, 2010) passes, season ticket holders who are requesting seat improvement/changes are ranked by priority points and allocated seat improvement appointment times accordingly.
New Season Ticket Allocation
Requests for new season tickets and seat improvements will be processed according to your UCATS membership level, priority points, and seat availability. Seat improvements/new season ticket allocations will begin Sept. 1, 2010.
We do everything possible to fulfill requests but sometimes it is simply not possible. In that case, the renewing UCATS member will remain in their previous seat location (no change from previous year). In the case of a new season ticket holder, if a specific request cannot be fulfilled, the new season ticket holder will receive the best seats available according to their priority points.
