Director's Society Any George D. Smith member who donates at the $50,000 level or above is a member of this elite society. Director's Society members receive the ultimate in benefits, including first priority in seating opportunities, courtside seating opportunities, VIP press box tickets, deluxe merchandise packages, and top priority for all other benefits associated with UCATS.
George D. Smith Society Members demonstrate their commitment to UC Athletics by contributing between $13,000 and $25,000, granting them second priority (behind only the Director's Society) in seating and parking opportunities. By becoming a George D. Smith Society member, individuals receive second priority on post-season and away ticket allocations, along with seat improvement opportunities. Members also receive invitations to exclusive events and other select benefits such as media guides, special travel opportunities, and merchandise items.
The Director's Society and the George D. Smith Society are open to anyone with an interest in UC Athletics. While many members are alumni, former-athletes and staff, others are not, they are simply fans. Our members demonstrate their allegiance to the University and to individual student-athletes by contributing generous gifts at one of three levels:
- $13,000/year
- $25,000/year
- $50,000/year
These donations allow young people to complete their college careers without financial burdens or worries. These donations give students a chance to reach their fullest potential academically and athletically. These donations represent a powerful resource for the University, allowing the Department of Athletics to provide a rewarding and memorable collegiate experience to UC student-athletes.
